IC1G - IC2G Insight Graphics Controller

The Insight ICG Series of controllers were designed to make it easier for assembly operations to reach the level of quality required for their product. The easy to read color VGA screen, user friendly navigation and programming, tool self identifier and complete library of "Help Screen", makes setting up the controller a simple task. With its complete set of I/O, RS232 port, fieldbus, and parallel port, communication to other devices such as PLCs and networks is possible. Multiple torquing strategies, statistical calculations, gang count and storage of 50,000 EOR values are just a few of the additional features of this controller. Available in single (IC1G) or two (IC2G) spindle versions and combined with the QE and QM series of tools, the ICG controllers are your answer to all your critical fastening requirements.
