Aluminum and Steel Rail Systems

Our aluminum rails are extruded from 6063-T6 and is anodized for a smooth, clean, corrosive-free surface. The aluminum rail is lightweight, and available in 3 profiles (ZRAT, A1, A2) up to spans of 30 ft. Our steel rails are rolled from 9 guage, A569 hot-rolled steel and is powder coated for appearance and a corrosive-free surface. The steel rail is economical, ideal for higher weight applications and available in 2 profiles (ZRS2, ZRS3) in spans up to 24 ft.. Lastly our stainless steel profile is engineered for clean room applications and ideal for food and pharmaceutical applictions. It is roll formed from 10 gauge, 316L stainless and available up to 24 ft. For increased capacities our S2, S3 and A2 profiles are available with strongbacking.
