End Trucks & Trolleys
IR end trucks and trolleys are designed to work in conjuntion with the rail system to reduce the rolling effort required to move the load. In fact, only a force equal to one percent of the total rolling weight is needed when moving loads. While we offer both articulating and rigid end trucks to match the application, the most common systems incorporate articulating end trucks. This feature is desireable relative to rigid systems because it eliminates any binding and allows the operator to position loads by allowing them to move only the portion of the bridge crane near the load vs. the entire bridge mass of a typical rigid system for each operation.
